The M3L is our most popular model of Brompton folding bike. That's because it has comfortable handlebar and 3 speeds. This is plenty of gears for urban riding, or riding anywhere without steep hills. This model also includes front and rear fenders, which keep you clean and dry on the road. The M3L is our best-selling Brompton due to its simplicity, comfortable ride, and affordable price tag. As such, we stock it in a wide variety of colors.
The H3L is what all tall Brompton riders have been waiting for! Take the classic M3L and add 2 whole inches of height to the handlebar and you get the H3L. It means a more upright ride with less pressure on your wrists, sweet... If you're 5'11 or over and you want an upright rather than sporty riding position the H3L is the bike for you. This model includes front and rear fenders.
The S3L is a sportier version of the Brompton folding bike. It features a straight handlebar that's lower and a little more forward than the others. This makes you more aerodynamic and feels a bit more like a fitness or road bike than a comfort bike. With 3 gears you're all set for flat terrain to moderate hills. Fenders will keep your clothes clean and dry if you ride through a puddle.
A Titanium Brompton is easier to lift and carry. It's easier to accelerate and climb hills. Overall the Titanium Brompton will make it easier to work with your Brompton on a day to day basis for the simple reason that it's lighter! If you have a lot of stairs to climb with your bike, if you'll be flying with it often, or if you just want something super deluxe, one of these Titanium Bromptons would be a great choice.
The Brompton M3R offers the comfortable M-style handlebar and 3 speeds. The three-speed set up uses a hub shifter, which is simple and largely maintenance free. This model includes fenders and a rear rack, which is excellent for carrying luggage, shopping bags, groceries, or anything else you can imagine. The rear rack also includes four 'easy wheels.'
The S6L is a sporty and quick version of the Brompton folding bike that can do long distances and commutes with ease. The "S" handlebar is straight across and puts you in a low down and more sporty riding position. The "L" in the name stands for fenders (mudguards) which keep water from puddles from spraying up on you while riding.
The Brompton M6L offers the comfortable M-style handlebar and 6 speeds. The six-speed set up is a dual-drive system, employing both the two-speed derailleur and the three-speed hub. With six speeds, most hills should be a breeze. This model is meant for steeper terrain and longer distances. The Schwalbe Marathon tires are durable and flat resistant, which makes the bike great for any and all rides.
The Brompton M6R offers the comfortable M-style handlebar and 6 speeds. Its wide gear range allows it to tackle uphill, downhill and flat ground riding. The M6R can be ridden in any setting. It includes fenders, to protect your clothes from the mud and wet conditions on the road. The M6R also includes a rear rack, for carrying shopping bags, groceries, or anything else you can imagine. The M6R is a fully equipped commuter bike.
The Brompton H bike is an upright and comfortable version of the Brompton folding bike. This handlebar gives the bike a laid back and cruiser style riding feeling, very little weight on your hands and no stress on your back. We offer this bike in two versions: with fenders only (L version) or with fenders and rack (R version). If you want a folding bicycle that offers you an easy-going posture and plenty of gears for hills the Brompton H6 is the way to go.
The P6R is set up for touring, comfort, and distance riding. The "P" handlebar is offers 2 hand positions, one upright and one low down and aerodynamic. The "R" in the name means the bike comes with both a rack and fenders. The fenders are designed to keep you dry and clean when riding through puddles and the rack can carry some extra luggage. Another great thing about the rack is that, when folded, you can roll your P6R instead of carrying it.
The Brompton S2L offers a lower positioned straight handlebar for a more sporty, aggressive ride. Two speeds is all you need for urban riding, keeping things simple. The Schwalbe Marathon tires are durable and flat resistant, which makes the bike even better for city commuting. This model also includes fenders to protect your garments from any mud or water on the road.
The Brompton M1L and M2L offer the comfortable M-style handlebar and one or two speeds. The M-style handlebar allows for a somewhat upright riding position for most riders and can be slightly rotated backwards to change the reach. The two-speed set up uses a lightweight derailleur and the one-speed set up uses just a chain tensioner. One or two speeds is all you need for urban riding.
