If the console turns off, this means that the communication problem is inside the motor. The motor will need to be replaced. If the problem persists, the communications problem could be based within either the cabling, the control console, or the battery. It's rare that it's the battery, and more often than not it is the cabling or the console (the cabling being the most common.) In this case, the cabling and console will be replaced. If this still doesn't solve the problem, then it is one of the very rare cases in which the battery is experiencing the communications problem and the battery will be replaced.
