BionX Throttle puts system in Regen mode

If your BionX works fine in assist mode but when you press the throttle it goes into the Regenerative mode and starts resisting your forward motion, try the following:

    Try changing your Throttle Polarity:
  1. Follow our BionX console code access instructions and enter code 2007 to access the Throttle Polarity setting.
  2. Make a note of what it says here.
  3. If it says "1" press - to change it to "0". If it says "0" press + to change it to "1".
  4. Press Power to confirm your selection.
  5. Turn the bike off, then on again, then test it.
  6. If it works, great! You're done. If not, set your Throttle Polarity back to what it back to what it was originally and then proceed below.

    Try changing your Motor Rotation Direction:
  1. Follow our BionX console code access instructions and enter code 1976 to access the Motor Rotation Direction setting.
  2. Make a note of what it says here.
  3. If it says "1" press - to change it to "0". If it says "0" press + to change it to "1".
  4. Press Power to confirm your selection.
  5. Turn the bike off, then on again, then test it.
  6. If it works, great! You're done.
  7. If it doesn't work, go back to your throttle polarity setting (directions above) and change it. Then test the bike again.
  8. If it still doesn't work or for further support, contact your dealer. If NYCeWheels is your dealer you should submit a BionX System Analysis Form.
