With the 250 Watt motor and 24 Volt Lithium-Ion battery centralized under the seat post, there is no problem with weight distribution. The three internal mechanical hub gears and three modes of motor assistance provide 9 different riding speeds.
The Dahon Boost electric bike comes equipped with front and rear fenders, as well as a rear rack that is integrated into the frame. The front and rear headlights are powered from the battery, and everything is easy to control from a dash panel on the handlebars. As a commuter bike, it has the perfect integration of portability with an easy-to-use electric system.

The Dahon Airporter is the most durable carrying case for Dahon folding bikes. Though oversized, the Airporter fits all Dahon folding bikes currently in production. Bikes under 20" will fit just by folding, while larger bikes will require some disassembly.
