Here it is, the electric bike of your dreams (or at least the electric bike of my dreams). This is perhaps the most beautiful looking, and riding, electric bike we've had in the shop yet.
The Gepida Reptila is a gorgeous pedelec electric bike built in the European tradition of efficiency balancing out power. Unlike many throttle based electric bicycles where you have a sort of power-on-demand or moped-esque set up the Gepida Reptila uses a sophisticated system of sensors to monitor how hard you pedal and provide a smooth, consistent, assistance. That translates to a more bicycle-like sensation when you ride.
It really feels as if you have gained extra strength, a second wind, and the confidence to go farther than you would normally.
Right from the beginning I've been struck by the beauty of the Gepida electric bike. It has a classic bike look reminiscent of a Schwinn cruiser and yet somehow retains a modern chic. Fenders and a rear rack round out the all-around commuter style but the icing on this electric cake is a brilliant integrated lighting system that runs directly off the main battery. This electric bike combines the look and feel of classic cruisers with the intrigue and function of modern technology.
If you enjoy riding comfortable, classy bicycles you'll feel right at home on the Gepida Reptila. One of the coolest things about this electric bike is the adjustable handlebars which allow you to pick a riding position comfortable to you, not the person who assembles your bike.
