Giant Bicycles has returned to the ebike arena with the new Giant Twist Freedom. Sleekly designed, the Twist features a 250 watt DC motor, powered by two 26 volt Lithium Ion batteries. The left or right battery is selected via switch on your handlebar.

Giant Twist features:

• Dual Lithium battery setup - longest range per charge
• Hybrid technology, direct rider/motor sensor
• Comes in small and large sizes and his/hers frames

The assist technology senses how much output the rider is giving and generates assistance based on rider performance.

There are three modes of assistance that give varying degrees of power in ratio to your output - Eco, Normal and Sport. The battery gets a massive range per charge and is a massive step forward for electric bikes.
