The Go-Ped frame is made of 4130 CroMoly steel, and designed to provide a stiff, smooth ride at high speeds and last for many years of hard riding. The frame is rated to carry a 450 lb. load! Not bad for a 52 lb. scooter. The Go-Ped rolls on 10" polished magnesium wheels covered in 10" extra wide pneumatic street tires. The 1000 Watt brushed DC motor, with a built in heat sink, produces the equivalent of 1hp output and will run cool the whole time. This is one powerful motor, it produces enough torque to easily carry a rider loaded down with gear up a steep hill, and still won't break a sweat.

The controls are easy to reach, and mounted onto the T6 aluminum handlebars. The throttle features a multicolored 3 light battery life indicator, and a comfortable thumb controller. The Turbo/Economy switch lets the rider decide whether to go further or go faster. The battery life and speed are regulated by a very advanced electronic controller designed specifically for the ESR 750. This controller is fully programmable, and allows the user to change the accelaration curves, top speed and maintain optimum efficency. No other electric scooter has a brain like this. By using programmable EPROM chips, the power consumption and the output can be be regulated in a very accurate manner.

The Go-ped ESR750 uses four 12 volt SLA (sealed lead acid) batteries. Two on each bank of the pan are wired in series, and each bank is wired in parallel to create an effective 24 volt, 12 amp hour power supply. The batteries in your ESR-750 should last about 400 charge cycles.

The fork is aircraft grade CroMoly steel and has a "mad Dog" mountain brake disc brake mounted on it to provide all the stopping power you could possibly need. The extra wide deck is made of Lithuanian Birch wood, and provides ample room for even the biggest feet to stand comfortably on. It also look really nice - pictures don't do it justice. Under the deck, are the batteries, and the built-in smart charger. Since the charger is built in, there's no need to carry anything bulky with you. One light cord and you can juice up on the go, anywhere there is a standard 110/220 volt outlet.
