A word on why the KickPed doesn't come with a front brake...

While this scooter is compatible with a front brake available as parts directly from Goped we chose not to include this simply because in our experience a front brake is the cause of 90% of maintenance issues on this and any kick scooter. At the speed you'll be traveling on the KickPed a simple rear fender brake is all you need!
