Quick Note Regarding Military APO addresses - We cannot ship anything that exceeds 70lbs weight or has a max length & girth greater than 108". We cannot ship lithium batteries to APOs.
The shipping rates posted for our products reflect the cost of shipping that item within the continental U.S.
For shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories, please contact our Sales team.
In some instances, expedited shipping options such as 2-Day Air or Next-Day Air will not be available for your item or the area we shipping it to.

The delivery date of your order will vary by product and shipping method. UPS delivery of most products within the continental U.S. will occur within 4-5 business days of the shipment date. Truck shipments usually take up to 10 business days plus the time it takes to prep and pack the item.
Unless guaranteed by the carrier, the transit time for your order serves only as an estimate.
Commercial Carrier Shipments for Oversized Items:
Our basic service includes delivery to the curbside or the first-floor entrance of your home. The carrier will contact you 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to sign for delivery of these shipments. Please note that in some instances, the recipient will be required to remove the shipment from the vehicle.
A lift-gate is available for $90 extra and needs to be requested at the time of purchase.
Tracking numbers and instructions on tracking your shipment will be included in the tracking email when available.
The moment that you are charged for your order you will receive an automated email with a receipt of the purchase detailing the total cost (shipping and handling included), the expected date of delivery, and an order tracking number.

Unfortunately most of our products cannot be shipped outside of the United States or to APO/FPO addresses. We are restricted variously by our dealer agreements, federal regulations on lithium battery shipments, and the plain logistics of shipping certain items internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.

Payment for international orders can be made by credit card with some verification. For larger high value orders we may require a wire transfer. In this case the order would be subject to a $20 processing fee.

All estimates are for USPS Priority Mail International. Items with a * are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping, which we have found to be the most economical choice for this size package. The shipping estimates for Europe pertain to Paris, France as a guide.
