The Xootr kick scooter is a great urban commuter. Peter took the Xootr Cruz kick scooter our for a spin, distinguishable by its retro birch deck. Like the other Xootr scooters, the Cruz folds in two steps and can be carried over the shoulder. Peter gives some good advice in this video for potential scooter riders.
