The whole assembly mounts to the deck of your scooter through two holes in front of the rear wheel. Two bolts hold everything securely together. This hop up will protect your legs from getting wet while scooting, and also allow for stopping more quickly.
All Xootrs have the two mounting holes necessary to use this item.
