Product information "Montague Navigator"
Wheel Size: 700c
Weight: 29 lbs
Speeds: 27
The Navigator is a multi-use folding bike with standard 700c wheels and all the bells and whistles. Knobby 35mm tires, 27 speeds, and disc brakes has it at home on paved or un-paved roads.

The Navigator is the first 700c folding gravel bike. Knobby 35mm tires, 27 speeds, and disc brakes has this bike at home on dirt roads and gravel trails. The included RackStand which acts as a cargo carrier, kickstand, fender, and folded bike stand also makes it perfect for commuting and touring. In a matter of seconds it folds for the train, car trunk, or closet.

DirectConnectâ„¢ Folding System
New for 2016 is the DirectConnect folding system, which removes the quick release from the top tube, provides an easier folding experience and larger clamping surface between the two halves of the frame. A flip of the quick release lever and your bike folds to a compact size.

Folding Integrated Technology
The Navigator frame is designed around another patented system that allows the bike to fold without any breaks in the frame’s tubing. Not only does this make it easier to fold, but it makes Montague bikes the strongest folding bike on the market. The Folding Integrated Technology (F.I.T.) is based around the same frame construction concepts as serious full suspension downhill bikes.

RackStand is a luggage carrier, mudguard, kickstand, and work stand all in one. A quick release allows it to rotate under the rear wheel on a specially designed axle mount. When in the lowered position it acts as a kickstand or workstand, makes folding your Montague easier, and allows the folded bike to be stored or displayed upright.

Handlebar Height Adjustment
The Octagon offers all the benefits of an angle adjustable stem without shortening reach when raised. This unique design allows for handlebar height to be changed while preserving the way the folding bike handles and rides. Also, with the octagonal shape of the post, steering remains engaged while raising or lowering the stem.

Excellent pricing, fast shipping, very good communication

No complaints at all!

The bike folding mechanism works well and seems sturdy. Bike is easy to carry by holding the top tube when it is folded. The handlebar adjustment mechanism is nifty but maybe not necessary. If the bike were a couple pounds lighter, it would be perfect. Only gripe is that the rack on the back isn't sturdy enough to do much of anything.

Awesome Bike

The 2016 Navigator is awesome. I've put about 50 miles on it so far and have been very pleased. The luggage rack/kickstand is unbelievably handy. The bike got damaged during shipment and had to be fixed by a local bike shop and the guys working on her were blown away by the bike AND the "sweet luggage rack". I also like the adjustable height on the handlebars. I can adjust them based what kind of riding I'm doing. The only complaint I've have so far is the front fender. It is good idea, but does not work. The fender does not lock into place. As soon as you take off it flops out of position and drags along the front wheel. I tried removing it and reattaching it according to the manual, but that didn't fix anything so I just took it off. I had assumed that it was damaged in shipment, but my husband has the same problem with the front fender on his 2016 PARATROOPER. We actually had to stop on a long ride, take his front fender off and stow it in my camel back for the rest of the ride. The fender issue is the only reason I'm giving the bike 4 stars. Otherwise, the 2016 Navigator is worth every penny! It takes on steep hills like a dream and is very agile in the streets/parks dodging pedestrians and cars alike. Happy Riding!
