Shipping and Delivery

Our goal is to make the experience of receiving your new specialty product as easy as the shopping experience itself. Should you not find the answer to your question in the information listed below, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Shipping your new bike, scooter or part. We offer many different options for shipping including UPS, United States Postal Service, and Truck freight.

NOTE: We no longer shipped full size (non-folding) electric bikes. 

US Shipping rates

The shipping rates posted for our products reflect the cost of shipping that item within the continental U.S. 
For shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories, please contact our Sales team. 

In some instances, expedited shipping options such as 2-Day Air or Next-Day Air will not be available for your item or the area we shipping it to. More specifically, lithium ion batteries cannot be expedited, and must ship via UPS ground. Please note that choosing faster shipping options does not increase the speed in which your order is processed, only the speed in the handling by UPS. Orders may take up to 3 business days to be prepped and shipped.

Tracking your shipment

Tracking numbers and instructions on tracking your shipment will be included in the tracking email when available.
The moment that your package hits the mail stream you will receive an automated email where you can find all details of the shipment. Feel free to contact us on the status of your order anytime! Sometimes order tracking information may not be available until shortly after the item has been shipped.
